Opportunity, Discipline and Leadership are the foundations of success at Effingham Elite, where we are devoted to providing quality training to athletes to give them the fortuity they need to be successful. Discipline within the athlete will allow them to be prosperous and discover character building that will carry over into their daily lives on and off the court. We strive to provide our athletes and coaches with team building skills that will allow for leadership development. Effingham Elite will be the stepping stone for the athlete to push themselves to the next level.
